In order to create a redirect on Plesk, go to your control panel and go to the subscription you would like to create a redirect for.
Click "Add Domain"
While adding a new domain name click "Hosting type" and select "Forwarding" from the dropdown.
It will then give you the option to select a "Destination address"
Set this to the address you want to go to.
Click OK.
